FACADE

• The exterior enclosure consists of a brick wall, an air chamber with interior insulation, and a dry partition system of gypsum board or brickwork.
• The exterior finish is a cement mortar coating covered with exterior paint. The terrace parapets will be mixed railings: a brick wall, plastered and painted, and glass.

ROOFS

• The roofs are designed to ensure waterproofing against leaks and dampness.
• There are flat roofs (walkable and non-walkable) and sloping roofs. Walkable flat roofs will have non-slip ceramic tile flooring in areas where required. Non-walkable flat roofs will be finished with gravel. Sloping roofs will be finished with tiles.

EXTERIOR CARPENTRY

• PVC exterior carpentry with thermal break. Double glazing with an air chamber.
• Opening systems include sliding or hinged leaves, according to the project.

INTERIOR CARPENTRY

• ENTRANCE DOOR TO THE HOME: Security door with multi-point lock, peephole, and interior finish matching the rest of the doors in the home.
• INTERIOR DOORS: Solid, smooth, white lacquered doors with metal fittings. Bathroom doors will have locks.
• BUILT-IN WARDROBES: Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes matching the interior doors, lacquered and internally equipped with a hanging bar and luggage shelf.

PARTITIONS AND FALSE CEILINGS

• SEPARATION BETWEEN HOMES: According to the regulations: CTE DB HR.

INTERIORS

• FLOORING
  • ENTRY, LIVING ROOM, BEDROOMS, KITCHEN, AND HALLWAYS: Floating wood flooring with two-tone options, chosen by the client.
  • BATHROOMS: Porcelain tiles of similar tone and dimensions to the wood flooring.
  • TERRACE FLOORING: Porcelain tiles of similar tone and dimensions to the interior flooring, characterized by being C3 anti-slip.

PARTITIONS

• INTERIOR WALLS: Interior walls will be made with gypsum board on galvanized steel profiles and thermal insulation.
• NON-TILED INTERIOR WALLS: Finished with smooth plastic paint.
